CANCELLATION POLICY
**Policies** **Deposits/Payments** All bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and Zelle payments. **Travel Fees** The travel fee for commutes within Dallas and the DFW area is $150, while international travel and flights cost $700. **Cancellation Policy** Please notify us at least 30 days in advance to avoid penalties for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable charge for the remaining balance. **No-Show Policy** If you miss your appointment/or are a no-show without notifying us, you will be charged the remaining balance and a $45 fee. No refunds will be issued. **Be On Time** Please arrive on time for your appointment. If delayed, inform us of assistance. There is a 15-minute grace period; otherwise, the remaining balance will be charged and is non-refundable.
